You know how everyone "knows" secondary smoke can kill?

Well,we noe,but we dun believe totally do we?

Went for the smoking cessation course.

Oh god,i think half my life is gone. I'm even more paranoid than i used to be.

If possible, i do hope that i would delve more deeply in this counselling thingy.
Maybe it's been my goal since young..

We'll see.

Now,I'm terribly tired and have 2 half-read books on the bed.
Hopefully one will be finished and then i'll await Nessa's arrival tmr.
